Chocolate Spread

Finely chop the dark chocolate and set aside.

In a small saucepan, combine the Dairy Liquid Blend, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.

Place over medium heat and stir until sugar and cocoa powder dissolve. Heat until bubbles appear and it starts to simmer.

Remove from heat and add vanilla extract, chopped chocolate, and cubed butter.

Whisk until chocolate and butter melt and mixture is completely smooth.

Pour into a jar. Press plastic wrap on top to prevent a skin from forming, place lid on, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
